We provide detailed advice on notifiable works, serve notices on behalf of building owners and form Party Wall Awards. We act as impartial professionals under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, appointed by building owners, adjoining owners and as agreed surveyors.

Contract Administration

Our Contract Administration service maintains continuity from the Design Studio through to the completion of your project. Our role for clients includes the formation of contracts, site progress visits, and the instruction of variations and valuations. Our practical support helps to ensure construction meets the required standards and contract terms are met.
