Feasibility Studies and Measured Surveys
We can assist from the outset of a project, taking exact measurements of the existing plot, creating elevations and floor plans, and undertaking an honest appraisal of what planning policy, site constraints and budgets allow before formal design begins.

Concept and Spatial Design
We get to know how you live and what you want, then turn that brief into sketch schemes and tangible options, with practical considerations such as structure and services built in from the start.

Extensions
We undertake a range of extensions depending on specific client requirements. These can include rear, side and two-storey extensions, orangeries and loft rooms, designed to sit naturally with the existing building. We have extensive experience working with listed buildings and homes in conservation areas.

Renovations
We undertake a wide range of property renovation projects. We work closely with clients to reimagine existing spaces to unlock their potential, from reconfiguration to whole-house refurbishments.

From Concept to Completion
We carefully guide projects from the initial design and planning stages through to the preparation of technical drawings, Building Regulations, tendering and contract administration, overseeing the construction process through to the final handover.

New Bespoke Homes
We work closely with clients to make their dream home a reality. We design individual bespoke houses, assisting clients every step of the way from feasibility through planning, technical design and contract administration on site.
